"Unfortunately, the air went out on Memorial Weekend. They came out quickly and diagnosed the issue but could not replace the part as it had to be ordered. Once the part came in they fixed it promptly. Here is the why I will only use them again; Rob, the tech helped me put a window air conditioner in a window to help protect my dog that has a heart condition and must be cool. He did not ask for any additional money yet invested about 30 minutes of his time to help. You do not see that occur very often any more. Thank you Rob, especially from Duke."

The price was competitive but the warranty and included maintenance sold me. The technicians that came to install my system were punctual, polite and efficient.
