"Great, professional people (Luke and Michael). Everyone I spoke with was very polite and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable on every aspect of our Mitsubishi Mini Split A/C installation for our home. They are the top notch HVAC company in Central Florida! Looking forward to doing business with Matthew Roberts Inc. in the near future!! :-)"

"Overall, Mike and his team at Air 1 did a fantastic job! No bait and switch games. Theu have swapped out my 3 tons hestpump condenser and air handler. Professional installation from start to finished. I would highly recommend them!"

"Bill and Derrick worked hard to install attic fans and fixed the 3 ducts that were leaking from my air handler. Fixed batted insulation that was installed incorrectly and installed new baffles and insulation into my attic. They added insulation to the rear if the house as well. They took pictures of before and after. It was well worth the Money and it should pay for itself by lowering my electric and heating bill."

"As usual everything went smoothly. I called Service one and we made an appointment. The Serviceman came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem and quickly fix my air conditioner. Very pleased"

"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. I was very highly impressed. Thank you Louis for sending the right crew"

"Carl called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. He removed all vent covers and cleaned them. While the vent covers were drying, Carl cleaned all of the ducts and the two return areas. Then he replaced all the vents. He was very careful and cleaned up as he went. I think I can already tell a difference in how the air flows in the clean ducts. I definitely would recommend Carl and Iron Air to anyone considering having their air ducts cleaned. Thanks Iron Air."

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue promptly and completed the repair efficiently. The service was courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. My AC is working perfectly now. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and quality HVAC service. Thank you for the outstanding job!"
