Mike arrived promptly on day of scheduled install. He is very polite, professional, and well groomed. Before installing Mike taped off TV positions at various heights for me to get a visual. He was very organized and tidy. He even brought his own dry vac to sweep up any residue from cutting the dry wall to do the electrical work. I was pleased with the whole job and would definetly recommend."
