"Jay communicated well with us and solved our audio system (Sonos) problem quickly and professionally. He was a pleasure to work with."

"Very patient with and old computer"

"Kevin was responsive in all regards from my original call to completion of the project as well as two follow up visits that were requested. I have lived with the work completed now for a few weeks. Though I was initially happy, I have had time to evaluate the instal and work that was completed. Looking for issues from an aesthetic point of view as to how the install could have been done cleaner, I have come to the conclusion that nothing better could have been done. The functionality along with appearance could in no way be improved. Though it took a substantial amount of time, the end result just makes me smile. If I were to need the same services in the future, there would be no question that Home Audio would be the ONLY call I would place. I was lucky to experience the professionalism and input from Kevin in assisting me in making proper decisions."

"OMG, so knowledgeable, so professional, so helpful!!!!!!!! They know their stuff and if you want the best, deal with them!!!!! Don't let anyone else handle your audio/visual needs!!!! Mark and Mike are the best!!!!!!!! They came in to my home, listened to my wants and desires, mapped out a plan and followed through!!! They answered all of my questions and contacted me and kept me in the loop of my orders and were punctual on the set up time!!! Again, I'm thrilled with what they did for me and would recommend them to any and everyone!!!! They are amazing!!!!!!"

"Mitch spent 1.5 hours to update 2 computers. He left one updating and then checked it later, remotely. For a COMPUTER guy he used simple language to explain what he was performing. He was on time for his appointment and called me the day before to assure me that he was coming. I recommend him highly. I have technical support in the community where I live. However, they are very young and inexperienced. For me, it is worth it to have an experienced computer guy on retainer."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"It was a very positive experience. They were able to get the audio system working. They were able to installed the TV in a very difficult place."

"Rip Joy Tech helped me organize my computer, taught me short cuts that make my work so much easier. They set up a great password program for me. They are patient and kind. I recommend them highly."

"Very professional, a wealth of knowledge and was even able to help me test the connectivity on my computer. This company is amazing."

"They were very knowledgeable and personable. They responded speedily. And they did the job quickly and offered to move the electrical outlet to behind the TV so the cord wouldnâ t show. I loved that idea. The entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend them."
