"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"The technician was very thorough and fixed several things for me. He advised me to get an external mouse, which fixed the last of the problems. I've used them several times since and they've always been very good. I would prefer to talk on the phone, but the "chat" still works."
