"Very patient with and old computer"

"All of the above went without issue. Since the advent of the computer we have gone through several Computer Squads but none have been as professional as Mr. Luft. His expertise and knowledge at solving any computer issue is impressive, and his professionalism is beyond reproach. Mr. Luft is reliable and is prompt in meeting all scheduled meetings, If I were heading a company, I'd offer him a position IMMEDIATELY."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M."
