Gave me his phone # in case I had questions. I did. I called. I left messages. No call back. The tech did show up at the agreed upon time but found that the problem was not in internal battery. Wasn't anything he could repair so did a data dump on a flash drive. He tried calling Ryan to find out what else he wanted him to do in order to service my computer but had to leave multiple messages for him. He never got back to the tech while he was at my house waiting for further instruction. So I paid over $150.00 for a flash drive with data, which isn't as upsetting as never hearing back from the sales person. I had no problem with the tech. He was professional and knowledgeable. One of the reasons I left multiple messages for Ryan at Eureka was to make sure I did not buy a contract and that the charge to my card was a one time charge. Holding my breath that I don't have a recurring charge from them."
