"Kevin was responsive in all regards from my original call to completion of the project as well as two follow up visits that were requested. I have lived with the work completed now for a few weeks. Though I was initially happy, I have had time to evaluate the instal and work that was completed. Looking for issues from an aesthetic point of view as to how the install could have been done cleaner, I have come to the conclusion that nothing better could have been done. "Mitch spent 1.5 hours to update 2 computers. He left one updating and then checked it later, remotely. For a COMPUTER guy he used simple language to explain what he was performing. He was on time for his appointment and called me the day before to assure me that he was coming. I recommend him highly. I have technical support in the community where I live. However, they are very young and inexperienced. For me, it is worth it to have an experienced computer guy on retainer."
