"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).

"Great! Dan came to our home in the evening to accommodate my work schedule which was much appreciated. In addition to giving me new, better malware protection, Dan explained why my tablet was running slow and what to do about it. He also looked at my desktop computer which managed to get disconnected during our move prep and he got it reconnected. He had great recommendations for the features of my new computer that would assure it would meet all of my requirements, as well as recommending a new printer and a plan for reducing the cost of ink cartridges. In all cases, he was very conscious of the cost ramifications. He also helped me choose a new email provider, get a new email address, and he transferred all of our old emails to the new provider. And in the process of everything, he gave me TONS of helpful information on a wide variety of computer-related topics. In the past, having a computer repairman visit was on my dread list right next to visiting the dentist! But Dan was so nice and patient and helpful and he never made me feel stupid. Each time we finished a topic, Dan would come right back with, "Okay, what else?" I look forward to Dan's help getting everything connected at our new house."
