"Over a year ago, I bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop from a computer repair place. When I tried to get it going (after the warranty period), it wouldn't connect to my wifi. He installed them and now it works! For several years, Austin worked for a big computer repair outfit, and he has experience with an amazing range of computers and their problems. While he was at my house, I showed him my 5-year-old laptop/tablet convertible that I really love, but it was running very slowly. Even though it's incredibly old for a computer, he was able to get it to run faster. AND I had A SimpliSafe doorbell that I couldn't get to work with my internet, and he fixed that, too! Austin is incredibly knowledgeable. He's also reliable and kind, and he answers questions in a simple way that even I can understand. He's now my #1 computer technician, and I highly recommend him!"

A different provider had quoted me an $800-1000 project and said I needed Cat 6 cabling for ethernet, when really my existing Cat 5E was fine.
