"Robert knows his stuff when it comes to networking and home audio. He does not have the glamor of the big guys but his work quality is absolutely comparable."

"John is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He helped my parents get their universal remote working again. He patiently explained how their smart TV worked and how to get to apps on their existing TV. We returned a new TV we had bought because we thought the problem with their access to apps was due to the old TV not being compatible. John also shopped and installed a new cable modem and hard-wired a mesh network to save them money on their existing Xfinity modem rental and provide better coverage throughout their home. John thought rewiring their existing sound system that had controls in each room of their home was a bit beyond his scope of knowledge. He felt comfortable working with the speaker wiring, however, he was not certain how to get the existing data wiring to work with a sonos sound system we were thinking about using. He said that he could probably do some research and figure it out, but that it would be costly for him to do so. While we were disappointed he could not help us with this issue because we liked and trusted his work, we very much appreciated his honesty."

"Not only did they connect my sound system, but they helped me with an existing Ring security system and a built-in espresso machine that I had no manuals for and unable to figure out how to use them. They were friendly and knew exactly what I needed so that I’m fully functional and safe. I will hire them again and recommend them to anyone that needs help with anything related to electronics. Great team."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Project went very smooth Very knowledgeable And did a very clean job would recommend Them for any job Very very personable"

"Your IT Guy did an excellent job! Chuck and Eric were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. We hired them to install several new circuits, outlets, and receptacles. They do so much more than IT! Hire them, you won’t regret it!!"

"Impressed with how cordial and knowledgeable our tech was. He explained everything as he was doing it and why. Highly recommend this company!"

"I will recommend Carlos and AV Tech to my friends and neighbors who are going to cut the cable cord and install a TV antenna in the attic."

"John came in and quickly reviewed all the TV's that needed to be hooked up. He was quick, efficient, and reviewed everything with me when he was done. The price was what we discussed. I appreciate his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an antenna installation!"
