Im an IT manager and have been doing this for 20 years, I contracted with SpaceX and installed most of the security cameras, I also helped to construct most of the network while there. I have been repairing appliances for even longer, I can repair them all, but I don't want to waste your time or money so I will ask for the model number and what the machine is doing before heading out. "My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).
