"I found Richard, at Maximum Resolution to be very professional and pleasant. He installed an antenna,a TiVo system and made sure everything was working properly. Remember to buy your TiVo unit from Maximum Resolution (it was the same price I would have paid anywhere else, for the TiVo) and then he will install the TiVo for free. With your antenna installation. He was available for questions at any time and still is. He honored the first price that he gave me a couple months ago even though I booked the job much later. His prices went up slightly although his prices I believe are still the best in town. I would highly recommend Maximum Resolution for any of your TV,stereo and antenna services."

"I knew that it would be over the phone, but I thought it would  be more. He had me go to a website and he remotely got in my computer.  I don't understand the things he did.  But he did cause things to go wrong on the computer.  I called him and he agreed to work on it again to fix them. He spent a good deal of time working on correcting them. Some were fixed, some were not.  My computer did not run any faster nor perform any better after he worked on it.  But he was very pleasant and professional to speak with.  As nice as he was, based on my experience, it was not worth the price.
