I have been working with computers for quite some time on my secular job. I am quite knowledgeable regarding creating documents, simple and complex, advanced Word functions, email, etc. And in times past, if I had issues with my computer, I would call the IT Help Desk at work. But, at home, with my personal computer, when it comes to the more “technical matters” or the inner workings of the computer system, such as how much memory is available, increasing computer speed, or other IT matters, I am not as “tech savvy.” I reached out to Vin, and he promptly returned my email, setting up a convenient time for an appointment. Our session lasted well over an hour and during that time not only was he able to assist me with computer clean-up and maintenance, but he answered many of my questions regarding computer updates, viruses"
