We were in the process of moving and we were looking for some technical to support on reinstalling our TV and to provide to consulting advice on setting some “ring” type cameras. Tom came to our home and showed us the various options on TV installation as well as pros and cons of different types of video security setups. We ultimately decided to buy a new “smart” TV as well as a standalone video monitoring system. Tom advised us on brands of equipment he had good success with while being conscious of our budget. Tom and his team installed everything for us flawlessly! His knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. But I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted and what would be best for my room and set up. So I called ranger media. And they was absolutely awesome dude. Like they came over after giving me a call and setting up a time that was good for me. They was available pretty much anytime. The owner was very nice and polite. His technician was cool and laid back but knew his stuff. They came out measured the roome and tested the acoustics. Long story short. The prices was outstanding. There is no one cheaper. Not by a long shot. Anyway they recommend a set up based on what I wanted and what i needed. Now I have this bad a** custom system it's a mix of B&W 702, 705, HTM71 S lll and 2 DB4S. And let's not forget the sexy denon AVR-A1H reciver to power it all. Im so happy right now. But my neighbors don't. \m/"

He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
