Those are some great things about them. There is one negative. He did not give me a written estimate for the work. He wrote it up before he started the work. There were some things that I requested and I don't think he heard them. He didn't write them down and they didn't happen. I would recommend to people that they make sure he writes down anything specific that they want. We wanted a different type of paint. I realized that he wasn't using the kind of paint that we wanted. When I let him know that he wasn't using the paint we wanted, he was happy to use what we wanted. He just had not heard what I had asked for."
