"I had cracked the plastic case on my computer. They explained what they could find once they opened it up. Giving me a thurow understanding of what the cost could be (the low and the high - due to the various ways computers can be put together). They discussed what it would cost to just get a new computer against the repair cost. Most important to me was they were professional and made sure I was in charge of what was an acceptable repair. I was never in the dark. If need be I will return to Cherry Tree."
