"Mike ranks at the top of my list as to have someone like Mike that helped me with my computer problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, capable, friendly and easy to work with. He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. "We had a major remodel done of our entire first floor. We needed a new surround sound system and OLED TV with in wall and in ceiling speakers throughout the house. We also hardwired the house for internet access with multiple access points for whole house WIFI. We also had other smart devices installed. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He did excellent work and communicated well. He does most of the work himself but utilizes experts when needed. He will stay at it until he gets it right. He has pride in his work. This was a prolonged job as he had to work around other construction workers and therefore be flexible with timing. He never disappointed. Even after being paid he is still available to answer questions and come out to solve any issues that come up. He does quality work and is an honest reliable person that over these several months has become a friend. Highly Recommended"

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. "Great. Joe Zimmerman of AAA Computers showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and even supplied a power cord which was missing from the box the movers had packed the computers in. He went out of his way to make sure things were working correctly and gave me a tutorial on fixing issues by myself were additional problems to crop up."

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
