"Pop Audio designed my home entertainment system to suit my needs and in turn, exceeded my expectations. He recommended quality blue tooth speakers throughout the main rooms of my home as well as a sound bar for my living room TV. All my devices flow in harmony with exceptional sound. Even though this much needed upgrade involved top notch devices, Kenneth was able to adapt my old record player to my new sound bar, reliving my nostalgic tunes with an amplified flare. Thank you a million times over! Highly recommend!"

"Very patient with and old computer"

"We ordered and received a Megacaid Gaming Machine at our home in Southampton, NY, but couldn't find anyone with the expertise to disassemble it, fit it into the elevator, bring it down to the basement, and reassemble it. I called several AV companies in the Hamptons, and none of them felt confident taking on the job. I finally went just a little bit further afield and found Nyakan Creations. Steve, the owner, answered the phone himself. I sent him a video from the manufacturer, and he accepted the job on the spot. He came out with a coworker, took the machine apart, protected the floors, somehow maneuvered it into the elevator, brought it down to the basement, and put it all back together. True professionals, and a very reasonable price! This was a very niche job that really needed an expert. If you need anything like this done, call Steve and his crew! Nyakan Creations also handles audio, TVs, installation and setup, home theaters, home automation, WiFi, and more."

"Great service and was able to come the same day! Got computer back to operating terrific!!"

"Tech was able to save some important and dear memory for my family and that was $100.00 per device.
He gave me fair price on update of tablet PC and  that is  working well.

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"Mike Berntsen immediately responded to my request for help and made an appointment to evaluate the work in an expeditious manner. He is polite, articulate and smart. He was able to present me with numerous options to solve my television and sound issue. I will be hiring him again to upgrade the sound in the den of my house which has a 4K TV. Mike goes above and beyond. I was at work when he arrived and was greeted by my mother-in-law who Mike immediately treated respectfully. As soon as he diagnosed my issue he called me to present my options, along with costs ranging from high to low. it is without hesitation that I would hire Mike again or recommend him to a friend."
