"Very patient with and old computer"

"Showed up within 1/2 hour, provided excellent and professional service. I highly recommend Symmetry as a go to contractor for all electronic / computer work."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"I lost my computer due to lightning and they responded back to me the same day and was able to come the next day and retrieve my lost data. Very professional. I will use them again and highly recommend them."

"Gary responded to my call right away and fixed a mess that I'd made of my computer set-up. He is a total expert whose calm and professional demeanor made this a painless experience. I highly recommend him, and he will be the first person I will call for any computer problems that may come up in the future."

"Irwin was very professional, diagnosed my laptop problem remotely, helped me to figure out the most economical solution, and finally fixed the problem at his location. I would highly recommend him because of his helpful, courteous, and professional attitude."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"My pro was very professional and efficient and the price was reasonable."
