Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Trent was kind and professional. The work was done well for the most part. We hired him to hang stereo speakers. He did the job quickly and he even offered to vacuum after he was done. There were however, some problems. He left insulation on the floor of my garage that I had to clean up. He also hooked the speakers backwards. Right as left, and left as right. The last problem was that when he hung the speakers in the wall, they don't look to be evenly spaced. He told me that he couldn't help where the studs were behind the wall, and that was where they had to be. I wish that there had been some other solutions we could have found. The speakers being off center looks a bit funny with our tv room set up."
