"Robert did what others would not do. They installed the HDMI cables from the DirecTV reciever to the TV. Complicated? NO, but they found the solution to our issue and completed the project in about 1 hour. Everything was perfect when they were done and they treat the customer like they would want to be treated. Definately will use them again for any audio/visual needs or just if I need a few wires run in the house. Cannot say enough good about this company."

"I purchased the service and was contacted by Jason very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to take over my computer. I had a few questions before hand and Jason responded to those quickly as well. He sent me a couple of text messages before our scheduled time and emailed me the instructions on how to let him take over. I was able to watch him manipulate my computer the whole time. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up extra "junk" that was on my computer, eliminating numerous viruses my computer had contracted and he installed free anti-virus programs for me. When he was finished, he asked that I take some time browsing the web while he watched to be sure that I was not experiencing any of the same problems. After that he called and went over everything he did, gave me some great suggestions and showed me the details of the anti-virus programs he installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely use his services again, but hope I don't have to!"
