"As usual, Mike fixed issue in short order and explained what I need to do to keep virus free. At 67. Yrs of age, , and not totally computer literate, i do not feel awkward asking for his help. He is very knowledge and patient. Thanks Mike!!"

"I’m very pleased with the job done by Vincent Johnson of Multi Task Masters. He was very professional and diligent. I have to bring attention to one thing Vincent did that made a huge impression on me. As he was drilling into the drywall he was also collecting all the drywall debris as it was being forced out by the drill bit!! I have never seen this before and now I don’t have to do any cleanup!! Bravo Vincent! The job was completed in a short amount of time, done very well, and I will recommend Vincent to anyone who needs someone to mount a tv, or who needs computer help. I also am very pleased that Vincent bound the wires together and mentioned to me that there is a type of cover that can be purchased for that purpose."

"Smart techs and fast work"

"Tony had several good suggestions, and their work was top notch. I am very pleased and would definitely call them again."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"I had purchased a big deal for the service and it did not turn out very well. The big deal was $49 for a remote computer tune up. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
