"Joe and his team are simply amazing, and I don't toss that word around lightly. Super responsive to questions before, during, and after the installation! He has come to my house twice (after being paid and asking for no additional money) to help with my questions on setting up additional devices that I bought after his install work. He was the most knowledgeable of the people I interviewed and has continued to respond to questions I have (almost instantly via text message). He explained the multiple options available in my price range (5.1.2 Atmos vs 7.1 surround; iPhone connectivity; screen size; projector quality; equipment recommendations for items I wasn't purchasing through his company). He explained everything in a way that someone new to high end audio could understand. His prices were excellent. I checked prices on everything he offered both off and online and couldn't find anything close to what he was offering. I waited a long time to make my decision and ordered on the Wednesday before the Sunday season finale of my favorite show. He was booked solid with installs for 2 weeks. I mentioned to him that I regretted not ordering sooner and he personally came to my house ON SUNDAY MORNING to make sure I had what I wanted for my season finale party. His work was clean and nearly invisible to the eye. Most people don't even realize I have a sound system until I turn it on. You can't do any better than Joe. "Brett is very experienced in all types of computer installs and repairs. I received my computer back the NEXT DAY.... that is unheard of in computer repair. (Repair issue was the mousepad "clicker" was sticking. Also asked that since computer would be opened up for him to put an additional RAM/memory chip in to speed it up. Again, the computer was repaired and back to me the NEXT DAY! Astounding. Finally, he has a great attitude: He listened to what you say and ask and answers in clear English. None of the condescension sometimes shown at other computer repair shops. He gave outstanding service and also great communication. Oh, did I mention he had great prices too. I will use him again and recommend him to friends and clients. He gets a 12 on a scale of 1 to 5."
