If we ever have a problem navigating through a system, Jim either comes out or walks us through over the phone. Day or night, weekends ( he works way too much) he literally is a call away. "Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks.  I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it.  Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily.  He disable them and removed malware.  He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer.  You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete.  At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions.
The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now.  I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure.  The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).
