Im an IT manager and have been doing this for 20 years, I contracted with SpaceX and installed most of the security cameras, I also helped to construct most of the network while there. I have been repairing appliances for even longer, I can repair them all, but I don't want to waste your time or money so I will ask for the model number and what the machine is doing before heading out. "It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop!
