"Knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Cost much less than we expected, and took much less time. Install of multi-line phone system in less than one hour. Very impressive. They double checked all functions before leaving, and ironed out 2 hidden glitches, also. It has been a week and the system is still running very smoothly. (Nice and polite also)"

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"I placed an order for service and long story short my laptop was running like it was new again within hours of placing my order. The technician chatted with me as he remotely worked on my computer. He also established phone contact with me to address concerns I had. I did not have to be present while the cleanup and scanning was occurring, however, I had my laptop open while the service was being rendered."
