"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Kevin's work was well worth the money. I'd say he got a workout running between floors. He ran three new cables from the basement to the 2nd floor. Installed new wall plates in the new areas plus wall plates on additional cables that I had ran. His installation is top of the line and he cleaned up after he was done. You can't go wrong hiring Electronics 911 to do your project. Money well spent."

"Steven’s work is phenomenal! Very responsive, prepared, quick and did a great job mounting my tv. He even patched holes that were in my wall. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely utilize his services again."

"Professional, took less time than expected, would recommend to anyone that needs multiple tvs mounted. Friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented!"

"Fantastic - work was done remotely in about an hour, and my computer is better than new!"

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.

"I placed an order for service and long story short my laptop was running like it was new again within hours of placing my order. The technician chatted with me as he remotely worked on my computer. He also established phone contact with me to address concerns I had. I did not have to be present while the cleanup and scanning was occurring, however, I had my laptop open while the service was being rendered."
