"I contacted Mike when my computer suddenly and dramatically slowed down. I left him a message and he called me within a few hours, ready to help me immediately--remotely. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient—and very personable. I gave him access to my computer and he carefully explained every step he took. Even though I know little about the inner workings of a computer, I felt very comfortable asking him my questions. While waiting for a scan of potential malware on my computer, Mike provided helpful tips on keeping my computer running efficiently. I highly recommend Mike to anyone suffering from any problem(s) with their computer. I will definitely contact him again if I experience any problems with my computer."

"First off, let me tell you that this was no easy job!!!  I really don't think any of us (my husband and I, Chris, or the guys) thought it would end up being the huge project it turned out to be.  They started work the first week of November, and are almost finished.  There are just few finishing touches that remain.

We designed the new shower to have a Gothic shape to the doorway with 3 Gothic niches added for products, and 2 seats in diagonal corners.  The shower area itself takes up an area that is 5'x5', and the walls are up to 8 ', I believe. The tile is Travertine, and was a bugger to cut in the correct angles at times.  Tony, our main man, was infinitely patient and worked so hard getting the details right.  My husband is an Electrical Engineer/Computer Programmer, and to say that he pays a lot of attentiont to detail is an understatement.  There were times that there was miscommunication, but we all worked through that, and at all times, Chris' team, no matter who was there that day, acted professionally and really tried to make us, the exacting customers, happy.  And I fed them cookies, so I feel I did my part.  We did change the design a few times, and added an extra tiled wall next to the shower to make it flow better after our original agreement, but Chris and his team adapted well and worked with us to create something incredible.

I read the "dispute" report, and quite frankly, am thinking some other contractor showed up for that customer, NOT Chris, because Chris and his guys are the consummate professionals and just all around good guys.  They show up on time, they alert you to potential issues, they work really hard, they produce quality workmanship, and they clean up after each day of carnage that occurs.  Sure, I did think that by now we would have to consider adopting some of the younger guys, or including the team in family reunions since it took a long time to get things done, but I would not have it any other way.  The hard work paid off, and I have an absolutely stunning master bathroom.  And, being able to trust a bunch of strangers in your house is not easy - this was easy.  Good guys, all of them.  There were days when I would come home to a houseful of  teenagers (mine....) who didn't hear me come in, and would get help from Tony bringing grocery bags into the kitchen from my car.  Again - just nice people.  My 77 year old mom was singing Christmas carols while I made cookies on Dec. 23, and they guys were listening and told her what a beautiful voice she has - she is a recent Cancer survivor, and she was so tickled that they took the time to comment.  These days, it is hard to find people who take time to look beyond their own issues to compliment an elderly woman.  They could have been irritated; instead, they were nice to her.

We will DEFINITELY hire Chris and his team again when we need some experts.  Maybe I will wait until they stop twitching when they hear our last name though.   LOL"
