He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent.
