"repaired brick mortar in walkway, stairs and fireplace"

"We are very happy with our Trex deck built by Ismael and team and our stone patio built by Fabian and team. Both crews were quick and did a quality job. They even replaced one of the patio stones that was badly scratched. We love both our deck and patio and have received a ton of compliments!"

"The crew was very experienced and was able to perfectly match the brick on our house, which was built in 1978. They kept us fully informed of progress and ensured that the work area was left spotless. We recommend them highly."

"Moore Designs was so professional throughout the entire process. From the initial design process to completing the work in a short span of time. The results were amazing, we love our patio and the stone work is website worthy! We've had several family members and neighbors ask who we used and they will be reaching out for quotes themselves. We can't wait to build our deck and wall and complete the backyard with Moore Design!"

"Moore Designs added a beautiful deck and patio with stone fireplace to our home. From the initial consultation to the design to the construction and finishing process - the Moore team was excellent. The quality of materials, the quality of the workmanship and the quality of communication throughout the process was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering the addition of a deck and/or patio. We talked with several different companies and Moore was the most impressive and offering the greatest value. They clearly stood out to be the best and they did not disappoint. The result is even better than we could have hoped for. We could not be more satisfied with the people, process and resulting product. Moore is committed to doing a top quality job and to your full satisfaction. An excellent company and excellent team."

"We recently hired Shamrock Chimney to repoint the brick walls on both of our bay windows and our front steps. We also had them perform a safety inspection and cleaning of our gas fireplace. Mr. Juan Ortiz was the company representative, and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The repointing took approximately 7½ hours, and the results were exceptional. They carefully removed the old mortar, and the new mortar was matched perfectly to the existing brickwork. The bay window walls look like new again! They also completed a thorough safety inspection of our gas fireplace and did an excellent job cleaning the glass and fireplace. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. I would definitely recommend Shamrock Chimney to anyone needing chimney, masonry, or fireplace services."

"I am very pleased with the work from Elijah, his team led by Victor, and Cassella Landscaping. I hired them to replaced old rotting timbers of the wood trim of the yard of my townhouse. I have never hired a hardscaping contractor and most photos from others are of stone work. After emailing a few contractors, Elijah was very prompt to respond but I ended up going with a different contractor because our schedules lined up sooner. This ended up being a disaster - we ended up having the first contractor pull up the poorly laid timbers so we could start over from scratch. I ended up reaching out to Elijah again, and he was so professional and courteous. He answered all my questions, gave me multiple quotes, and was flexible with the price after our neighbors decided they did not want us replacing the timbers that were on their property line. Elijah worked us into their schedule promptly, and his crew paid great attention to detail, even offering to fill in the gap in our driveway left by installing the timbers straight with asphalt! His crew led by Victor was very communicative, checking in with me in the middle of the project to make sure I was satisfied before proceeding further. One issue I had with the first contractor I worked with was he cut awkwardly small pieces of wood to save on buying more wood. Victor cut nice long piece - and even went out to buy another plank of wood in the middle of the project to make sure it looked nice. They definitely do not cut corners! The price they quoted was higher than the first contractor, but I felt it was reasonable, and they definitely are worth it, especially given how professional and responsive they were to work with, and their expertise and attention to detail during the installation. Overall, I can't recommend them enough! I will definitely be reaching out to them again if any other projects come up!"

"Abdul and his team did an amazing job on our patio and sprinklers. The stone work turned out more beautiful than we imagined!"

"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. I. 100% recommend ET General Contractor Inc. for any home improvements you may need. I truly feel that Julio’s honesty, integrity, professionalism and work ethic was what I believe to be the best possible scenario for what ended up being a clean, well-executed project, and still what I believe to be a fair price. I have Julio, his crew, and ET General Contractor Inc. on speed dial !!!!!!"
