"Had water leaking in a basement near an inactive fireplace in an old house. He took out the fireplace, found cracks in the brickwork of the foundation, fixed it and walled up the fireplace. No more leaks! He’s very easy to work with and finished the work under the estimated time and cost. Also provided tips for cutting costs. Highly recommend."

They wound up having to replace the cap on the chimney..So that meant I knew I would owe some additional money for its replacement. We made an appointment get it replaced they did so but presented us with a bill more than double what we were quoted..So I thought that the bill for the final trip was very heavy handed."
