"He built a brick mailbox"

"Contractor was very professional, on time, completed the work in one day and my porch is beautiful. They also came by the day after to pressure wash my steps. I definitely recommend them for brick repairs and tuckpointing."

"Came out when they said they would, got it done in 3 quarters of a day. they had matched mortar expertly which is not an easy thing to do, and they cleaned up well! they honored the estimate and did not try to up sell me. I would highly recommend!!!"

"We purchased a new home with multiple gas fireplaces that had not been used for many years. They were both inspected, cleaned and ensured to be ready for use for the upcoming cold weather. Great work at a fair price and we've been enjoying all winter. We also had bricks on chimney and front steps pointed and sealed and, again, a fair price for excellent work. We are definitely adding Cleveland Clean Sweep to our trusted contractor list for home maintenance and repairs."

"Quality work, great price, and good communication!"

"AJ can do it all! He is very friendly, professional, shows up on time and you can depend him. He changed my countertops and backsplash, updated doorknobs, did electrical work, plumbing, and custom made some transition strips in my doorways. He knows his stuff, prices fair, and I would recommend him to anyone. Will definitely work with him again in the future."

"EXCELLENT JOB ON MY BACK PATIO. GREAT DESIGN,FAST INSTALLED IN ONE DAY AND PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. I GIVE THEM A A+++++"

"Being a do-it-yourselfer I decided to remove our deck of 25years and replace it with a stone-paved patio, something akin to a courtyard.  The carpentry skills I had, so I removed the old deck myself.  The patio, however, was clearly beyond my capacity so my wife and I contacted 1st Impressions for an estimate.
John and Jake came to the house and provided us with an in-depth plan along with an explanation of the hows and whys of its implementation and cost.  After two competitive bids, we decided to go with 1st Impressions, not because
they were cheaper - they weren't - but because their plan was aesthetically appealing and structurally superior, which lent credence to their 10 year guarantee.
Following a few unpredictable rain delays the work finally began.  The assigned crew of Keith, Adam, Johnny, Chris and Michael arrived on time each day.  They were polite and efficient.  They had the ground prepared and graded in short order AND cleaned the work area at the end of each workday without fail.  All through the project, they listened to our suggestions, which were many, and altered the project and plan accordingly.   As requested, they left to me
what work I could do for myself.  All and all, it was a great experience coupled with a good value provided by a great company and crew.   A solid "A" from this old do-it-yourselfer.

"I had requested quotes for repairs to the front patio paver block installation approximately two years ago through the Home Advisor application, with no response received from any local contractor. I sent out another request this past August, and Jay was quick to respond, and visited my home to develop a quote. While on site, I also mentioned the desire to have new paver block installation for a picnic table, and Jay worked up an estimate for this project as well. A portion of the front patio paver block installation had sunk around the front porch area, resulting in a tripping hazard. I couldn't believe how Jay and his team were able to correct the problem, eliminating this hazard. The new paver installation for the picnic table was also completed on time, and to our satisfaction."
