"Contractor was professional from first phone call to the last brick laid. He even took care of a few small issues for me."

"The steps were for the most part rebuilt in a quality fashion except for one spot in a hidden area (lower inside) where they sloped mortar covering a spot that has a missing brick/(short brick). I have a picture of this and would like to post it as proof. I contacted the owner and he said he was going to take a look at it and nothing has happened and it has been a month since they finish the project."

"Contractor was very professional, on time, completed the work in one day and my porch is beautiful. They also came by the day after to pressure wash my steps. I definitely recommend them for brick repairs and tuckpointing."

"Came out when they said they would, got it done in 3 quarters of a day. they had matched mortar expertly which is not an easy thing to do, and they cleaned up well! they honored the estimate and did not try to up sell me. I would highly recommend!!!"

"Quality work, great price, and good communication!"

"I was one of his best customers I just let him work didn't talk to him, was wonderful got it done and my new brick wall looks amazing, very professional. Great people."

"He worked hard and did a great job."

"The job was completed in about 6 hours. 10’x14’ brick patio. Though it took a little time for them to schedule it. Worth the wait! Very professional and and we love the patio! Highly recommended."

"Being a do-it-yourselfer I decided to remove our deck of 25years and replace it with a stone-paved patio, something akin to a courtyard.  The carpentry skills I had, so I removed the old deck myself.  The patio, however, was clearly beyond my capacity so my wife and I contacted 1st Impressions for an estimate.
John and Jake came to the house and provided us with an in-depth plan along with an explanation of the hows and whys of its implementation and cost.  After two competitive bids, we decided to go with 1st Impressions, not because
they were cheaper - they weren't - but because their plan was aesthetically appealing and structurally superior, which lent credence to their 10 year guarantee.
Following a few unpredictable rain delays the work finally began.  The assigned crew of Keith, Adam, Johnny, Chris and Michael arrived on time each day.  They were polite and efficient.  They had the ground prepared and graded in short order AND cleaned the work area at the end of each workday without fail.  All through the project, they listened to our suggestions, which were many, and altered the project and plan accordingly.   As requested, they left to me
what work I could do for myself.  All and all, it was a great experience coupled with a good value provided by a great company and crew.   A solid "A" from this old do-it-yourselfer.

"I hired EB Masonry to rebuild my retainer wall which was leaning considerably toward my home due to built up pressure. The crew arrived on time every day and finished the job in a short amount of time. They all were courteous and respectful. They were also conscientious about the quality of the work they were doing. I was very satisfied with the results and highly recommend this company if you need masonry work done."
