He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. "Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain! We are so grateful for the expert repair but also the guidance that replacing the capstones would provide more of a long term solution. Highly recommend these guys for your masonry needs."

It turned out that rusted lintels were no longer properly supported the brick around garden level windows and cracks were more extensive than I had initially detected. By their expert discerning of the underlying problem they provided a solution of new lintels with drainage to prevent it from happening again. They arrived early the day of the job, the owner was on site entire time participating in the work and provided insights throughout the repair about what was happening.
