The actual work was performed by Carlos, who was very professional, prompt, courteous, conscientious, and thorough. We were very happy with the finished product and it has held up well with no problems to date. Natural stone, especially a softer stone like travertine, takes a higher level of care than porcelain tile, and JVI provided that extra care to insure a quality finished product.
