I added an extra window to the job which was ordered and there was a wait time. Tom kept me informed throughout the process and worked around my schedule. He did several "extras" that he noticed while he was working at the house. He pointed the work out and asked if I'd like to have it done. Super nice guy and takes pride in his work which was 100%. "Rich was so timely in his responses back to me and was able to come out to my house within a few days. He assessed my chimney and reported that it was already clean and looked great. He knocked out some excess concrete that was blocking the damper and then cleaned up his mess and some of mine that was left there. He was very kind and knowledgeable and didn't even charge me! I was very impressed and will be calling him when I need anything done with my chimney."
