I have a 100 year old Tudor home with a clay tile roof. Lane took his time to thoroughly understand how to best do the job. He correctly made the decision to rent a 87 foot lift. This allowed him to access all four sides of my chimney and fireplace without touching my roof. Wow! Before he started the work he made sure the grout color would match the existing mortar on my home. Which was extremely important to my wife and I. He carefully ground out the old mortar on all four sides of my chimney and fireplace. He was very smart to vacuum the dust from the grinding so it didn?t make a mess everywhere.
