"Excellent. David and his crew worked diligently for several days to repoint all the steps and replacing several corner bricks that were broken. Also, he repaired a crack in a raised brink planter and re-laid a patio area that had been distorted by 25 years of frost heaves. All work was done professionally and thoroughly and the areas cleaned up perfectly on departure. An added benefit was that the crew were very pleasant to deal with; arrived promptly and were clearly very skilled."

"I am pleased to recommend International Brick and Concrete(IBC) and Rigo Ortez for all asphalt related work. My wife and I needed a driveway overlay due to severe cracking in our 20 year old+ driveway. We called and then interviewed a number of contractors from the area, none of whom were particularly responsive and all of whom were a bit evasive regarding price, specific work to be done and timing. We each separately described our feelings about these contractors as “sketchy”. Rigo was immediately different – he was obviously professional and directly answered all questions. Max, the owner not only provided a great estimate but also able to put together a team to complete the job the very next day. The workmanship on the retaining wall was top-notch, better than expected. I should also note that upon learning one of his crew accidentally took my shovel after the cleaning up, Max immediately took action by sending me a brand new shovel even though I told him it was unnecessary."

"In my back yard I had a leaning brick wall. I called a few masonry places in the area. Most were very expensive so I researched online and found J Sanchez. Jose came over assessed the wall and provided a very reasonable quote. Within a matter of a few days the tore down the original wall and built a new wall. The new wall looks great and he added reenforcement to make sure it would not lean again. When the workers were finished they clean up and put everything back they way they found it. I would definitely call him again if I need any masonry work done."
