"The cement on our slate patio was cracking and in need of attention. Mr. Sanchez and his crew did a great job of grinding out the old cement, stabilizing the stones where necessary and putting in new cement. The crew was efficient and polite. The job was finished on time and for a fair price, IMO. Before and after photos (of one small area) attached. [One note: The grinding out of the old cement created a signigicant amount of dust. much of which went into the adjacent garden. My wife was/is concerned this will affect the chemistry of the soil, thereby affecting the health of her plants. Just be aware.] Highly recommend."

"Mottern did a fantastic job designing and installing a large flagstone-on-concrete patio for us. The work included excavating and leveling the site, pouring and re-enforcing the slab, and selecting and purchasing the stone, brick and other materials. In addition to the patio, Mottern also filled in an approx. 12 sq/ft section of brick wall where a door had been converted to a window. The filled-in brick and mortar matches the original 50-year old wall perfectly. Overall, the entire Mottern crew was prompt, responsive, professional, and very skillful. We would definitely use Mottern again."

"They got delayed a bit due to material (COVID related delay) but once the materials were there, the team descended ravenously (in a good way)! Full destruction of the old rotting deck took a single day, construction of the new deck took a solid 3-4 days and the final result is beautiful. The team even laid out a welcome mat with some of the paving stones left over (prior layout), was kinda sweet. They were responsive, respectful, efficient and professional. Even hooked me up with someone who did residual siding fix (who also did an excellent job). No basis for comparison ref cost, but it was well within my expectations. Very happy with the work, the crew, the speed and the result. 5-stars to be sure. I intend to contract with them in the future."
