The work included excavating and leveling the site, pouring and re-enforcing the slab, and selecting and purchasing the stone, brick and other materials. In addition to the patio, Mottern also filled in an approx. 12 sq/ft section of brick wall where a door had been converted to a window. Jose came over assessed the wall and provided a very reasonable quote. Within a matter of a few days the tore down the original wall and built a new wall. The new wall looks great and he added reenforcement to make sure it would not lean again. When the workers were finished they clean up and put everything back they way they found it. "The job was labor intensive. The wall was done with great artistry. I was pleased throughout until I tried to get the walkway sealed as
Bill suggested to avoid deterioration in the future. He gave me a quote and said they would come in a month when the grout was cured. I also needed one stone fixed that my husband had broken. After dozens of calls and emails to Custom Masonry, I never got a returned call or email. 
Bill spoke of their guarantee for a year, but I don't think that would hold up either since they stay out of contact.
If they are still in business, I assume they don't want a small left over job. This was disappointing after such good service and I will need to hire another company for the follow up.

Benitez has done work for me for 3 years - everything from mowing the lawn to varied landscaping.

They do an excellent job every time.  Prompt, all emloyees are courteous, excellent in price--they do an outstanding job!

Lawn mowing, slate work in my back yard and walkways, cement work, bushes, stone etc in the front by the road.

"The repointing work was generally done well. Old mortar and bricks were removed and new bricks were installed. The craftsmanship was excellent. However, the color of the mortar used differed from that in the rest of the brickwork, so at present it stands out. Sixpenny said to wait a period and then re-evaluate whether any change should be made. I would rate this as an "A" but for the color difference in the mortar that was not expected. The chimney cap work was done well."
