Daryl had an estimate to me in minimal time. His estimate was broken down in an easy format that didn’t leave any questions as to where money was going. This estimate was lower than others that I had received , all while using better products that other contractors were going to use. Daryl was super accommodating with the time that the work was scheduled to be done. All materials that were needed arrived shortly before the work was to be done which makes things much easier to get the work done and drawing out the process with a contractor constantly having to leave to get materials. My family and I were away while this work was being done. Daryl ran into a few problems (25 year old roof) and kept me up to date as each one arose. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"I wanted flower bed on side of house removed, weed barrier put down and covered with stone. Beds in front of house to be cleaned out and bushes removed. Weed barrier put down and covered with mulch so I can put large pots on top. I wanted flowers without weeding. Donta understood what I wanted. He and his team did a wonderful job!!!! He came and priced it one day and started the next day. Two days of HARD work and job completed. They removed a 14 foot truck full of weeds, bushes, roots and unwanted plants.
