He then installed large concrete wallcaps to preserve the concrete-stucco walls while dramatically improving the appearance of our property. He worked with C&C Sand and Stone and the HOA to complete the job during rainy weather. His bid was competitive, and he came out a couple times to throughly assess the project. He had all the necessary credentials to successfully win our contract. Plus, heâ s a nice guy with good communication skills."

Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem.
