"Brad was professional, punctual and personable. Initially I showed him some bricks that were either loose or totally off our front steps to our house. We also needed some repair on a brick walkway set in mortar. Upon his extra thorough inspection of the steps, many more bricks were slightly loose. He gave me many options. He told me that the labor costs would be more extensive to repair all the bricks on the treads and suggested a solid stone tread. He offered options on this product and layout. The project turned out beautifully and looks like it should have always had the stone on the treads. He also pressure washed and sealed the walkway and stoop vastly improving the look. We built our house in 1995 and this was all original."

"We had a wonderful experience with RS Builders. The owner Sukh told us we would be satisfied with the whole project and he came through. We had a BBQ/bar removed from our flagstone patio and new one built in another area of our back yard. We had design ideas and discussed them with Sukh and went forward on the rebuild. Pablo was the best rebuilding bar base, adding stone to front, matching travertine, and replacing flagstone where bar used to be seamlessly and couldn't tell it was a redo. "Me and my mom went to one of their homeshows so we can find someone who can remodel our pool and backyard and we happened to stop by their booth. One of the sales man (Joel), gave us his business card and we signed up for the free estimate. The project took some time but the outcome was amazing! Our backyard looks like a resort and we can't wait for summer so we can have our famous family BBQ. I recommend anyone who wants to go into business with them. It's all worth it!"

He made a special trip out on Sunday to provide an estimate. He verified the area to be covered, the pattern selection and how we wanted the border. Then provided us a total price for the job.  He was booked for the current week but was available the following week. Provided info on picking out paver selection. Upon agreement on the job, he asked for 1/2 down on the job and the other 1/2 of payment at completion.

After reviewing choices, we contacted him with our choice on Monday. He called backed a hour later saying that if we wanted that choice we would have to wait 2 weeks due to the pavers not being in stock anywhere in town. He offered other choices, but the price might increase depending on make and choice. We made a second choice instead of waiting. He called back later indicating that the pavers were available and set up a delivery time for Wednesday with the workers showing up the next day to start.

He and the workers showed up on time the next morning and confirmed the area to be covered and immediately began work.  The workers were all nice and hardworking. The foreman and lead worker were very nice and spoke very good English. Easy to communicate with them. Though there was not a lot of communication. They knew what to do and went right to work.

They were done in about 6 hours including taking a lunch break. They did a great job cleaning up and made it look great. They waited for me to inspect the work and give my approval before they left.

Mike indicated that the brick colors may change over time. The initial colors match what we picked out. Some color change will not affect matching with other colors in the back yard.

The job looks really great . It makes the patio consistent and makes it look much bigger than before.

We are very happy with the job that was done and would use them again.  One thing that was extremely great was that they were easy to contact and got an immediate response. Provided feedback on the paver choices very quickly to be able to start the job within our timeframe.
