"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"E.A. Masonry has come through for us time and time again. They are friendly, their prices are reasonable, and their amazing work speaks for itself. We purchased a home with badly crumbling stone steps and a disaster of a backyard, and EA transformed the area. They replaced the front steps with gorgeous stone stairs with slate treads. They removed the cracked brick walkway and dangerous stone wall in our backyard, then brought in dirt to level and hydroseed the yard. They also installed a large stone patio where the warped deck was. Now our yard is flat, lush and safe for our kids to play in. Most recently, they came back to save the day after a terrible contractor put in some wooden steps leading from our back door to the new patio. That guy dripped cement all over the new patio and the landing he poured for the stairs was a mess. EA cleaned and repaired everything and the patio looks good as new again. I couldn't speak higher of these guys! They are the best!"

We agreed on the price and with in a weeks time had his crew come out and to do the work. The workmanship was incredible. They did awesome work, they cleaned up after they were done and the project that they said they would do just looked great. I can highly recommend Legacy for any of your stone work needs. The project consisted of replacing pavers stones that have sunken over the years. They also fixed a decorative front retaining wall that was leaning. I think sometimes repairing stone work or a stone wall can be a harder project than starting completely new. Well their work was awesome. Everything matched, everything came out great. "Two brick steps approximately 9 feet long, 12 inches deep needed to be repaired. All the mortar was falling apart and the bricks were falling out. Initial quote was $750. This was to remove bricks from steps, clean mortar, and reappoint bricks and mortar. Mutual decision day of job was to put blue stone steps instead which added $440 (four 5 foot blue stone treads--apparently $22 per linear foot, plus $30 "transport" fee) in materials to job- (which i thought was rather high after seeing that blue stone sold by the linear foot is roughly $15). My rational was 4 pieces of blue stone would take less labor and less time? Then I thought ok, original $750 quote plus material ($470) was $1,220. Wrong, job (for two steps mind you) was ultimately $1,600. Which, I think is a lot of money for 2 steps. Steps look very nice, however, i felt overpriced"
