"The steps were for the most part rebuilt in a quality fashion except for one spot in a hidden area (lower inside) where they sloped mortar covering a spot that has a missing brick/(short brick). I have a picture of this and would like to post it as proof. I contacted the owner and he said he was going to take a look at it and nothing has happened and it has been a month since they finish the project."

"rebuild my stone mail box and did a great job!!"

"Came out when they said they would, got it done in 3 quarters of a day. they had matched mortar expertly which is not an easy thing to do, and they cleaned up well! they honored the estimate and did not try to up sell me. I would highly recommend!!!"

"We purchased a new home with multiple gas fireplaces that had not been used for many years. They were both inspected, cleaned and ensured to be ready for use for the upcoming cold weather. Great work at a fair price and we've been enjoying all winter. We also had bricks on chimney and front steps pointed and sealed and, again, a fair price for excellent work. We are definitely adding Cleveland Clean Sweep to our trusted contractor list for home maintenance and repairs."

"From quote to completing the project, Virtuoso was excellent. They promptly provided a quote, followed up when I needed a bit more time, scheduled my work within days and the team completed the task flawlessly. I will definitely use them again."

"Our chimney was in very rough shape and we got a few estimates. Nick was the most reasonable so we went with him. He knows his trade. The chimney looks very good from the street, lines look good and the missing pieces have been replaced. He was professional and respectful when he was here and finished the project in a very timely manner. I would recommend him and will call him again for other projects in our 110 year old house. Lots of brick and stone here!"

"Nick and his team did a wonderful job! They arrived on time, completed the work as agreed upon and were professional and courteous throughout the project. I would highly recommend!"

This included demolition, rebuilding with new concrete blocks, installation of drainage system including pipes and gravel, and clean up. Their work exceeded expectations. The owner and crew were lighting quick in starting and completing the work, extremely knowleadgeable, professional, and friendly treating us like family.
