"I hired Hector to repair the deteriorating stone above my two car garage door. I had cracking in the mortar between the stones up 20 feet along with some loose stones at the bottom. I was concerned with falling stones and mortar. Hector arrived in the morning as planned and got right to work. Hector ensured the mortar was a good match. On his own he tossed the first batch because it was a bit too dark. Hector completed the project in a single day and left the area just as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. The stone and mortar looks great and the loose stones are secure again. The price was very good for the amount of work accomplished, especially at up to 20 feet above the ground. I recommend Hector for any stone or brickwork."

There was a minor delay (not on their side) but from where they ordered the materials from. Regardless, they were able to get the mailbox done the same week. "I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. Workers did not talk much and worked, got it done in 2 days before the rain, left some of the stuff they moved out of place, not sure can find my lights posts they left in the ground when pulled out, already had lost one myself. had to ask for help to put things back on the porch for different worker helping. I think the problem was that one worker did not speak any English when we told this person what needed to be moved back. The roof looks good as we can tell since it is a 2 story house and can not really look it over to make sure pipes and all that had new covers put on. Time will tell if the venting will help with utilities."
