"He built a brick mailbox"

"rebuild my stone mail box and did a great job!!"

"Came out when they said they would, got it done in 3 quarters of a day. they had matched mortar expertly which is not an easy thing to do, and they cleaned up well! they honored the estimate and did not try to up sell me. I would highly recommend!!!"

"Inspected my gas and wood fireplaces. The wood one needed the fire tile mortered, but when construction started, it was agreed to replace the top dozen or so rows of bricks. So far quality work. Very happy."

"I had Brick Boys repair brick and stone work on my home and garden area. They were very professional and on time! They walked me thru the required repairs and provided different design ideas for a new stone patio. Wonderful workmanship!"

"Nick was very professional and always in communication with us during the project. We are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend him for your outdoor dreams."

"The job was completed in about 6 hours. 10’x14’ brick patio. Though it took a little time for them to schedule it. Worth the wait! Very professional and and we love the patio! Highly recommended."

"Being a do-it-yourselfer I decided to remove our deck of 25years and replace it with a stone-paved patio, something akin to a courtyard.  The carpentry skills I had, so I removed the old deck myself.  The patio, however, was clearly beyond my capacity so my wife and I contacted 1st Impressions for an estimate.
John and Jake came to the house and provided us with an in-depth plan along with an explanation of the hows and whys of its implementation and cost.  After two competitive bids, we decided to go with 1st Impressions, not because
they were cheaper - they weren't - but because their plan was aesthetically appealing and structurally superior, which lent credence to their 10 year guarantee.
Following a few unpredictable rain delays the work finally began.  The assigned crew of Keith, Adam, Johnny, Chris and Michael arrived on time each day.  They were polite and efficient.  They had the ground prepared and graded in short order AND cleaned the work area at the end of each workday without fail.  All through the project, they listened to our suggestions, which were many, and altered the project and plan accordingly.   As requested, they left to me
what work I could do for myself.  All and all, it was a great experience coupled with a good value provided by a great company and crew.   A solid "A" from this old do-it-yourselfer.

"The work was fine and I really like what they did. The trouble is, he does not answer or return phone calls and if he does, he'll promise anything but doesn't follow through. My suggestion is use them, they're good. But hold some money back and make sure they do what was promised before you pay in full. They promised a year guarantee on the plants and he has not replaced any that died. I'm tired pf this fight and figure I'll just eat the $100+ I lost in plants. Lesson learned."
