Confusion, lack of response and continued confusion, and ultimately some nastiness by the GM when they weren't finishing the job made it a negative experience. If you're willing to deal with that the work product is pretty good. I went with them because they were the only stone subcontractor I could even get to do a bid. I also asked them for abid to paint the house and they were twice as expensive as the painting sub who ultimately painted my house, more than twice as expensive as the sub I hired to tear down and rebuild a wall, and about 4x expensive as a sub I hired to do some stucco work. So I'm left to wonder whether what I paid for the stone work was equally higher than what I would have paid for the same work by another stone sub."

Tom met with me a couple of times to talk about the installation and we also corresponded through email with some special engineering questions I had in regards to the codes and the design.
