We had an extensive amount of masonry work done in the backyard including laying a stone floor in our enclosed patio that they continued out into a extensive multi-level backyard stone deck, completely rebuilt a retaining wall, installed a french drain to route water around the house and put in a large fire pit. They both care deeply about the quality and the artistry of their work, checked in frequently to ensure progress was good and made a number of suggestions to enhance our design. When I compare the stonework that they did to other yards in our area, it's clear that they really took their time arranging and matching the slate tiles to balance the natural colors across all of the stonework and where we had random edge stone installed in a large circular part of of the patio, the attention to laying out different sized and shaped stones and fitting them tightly together really made the patio shine. I strongly recommend."

I would hire West Valley Masonry over and over and over again. Francisco is extremely responsive, straight-forward, honest, fair, and follows through consistently. We got exactly what he said we would, and he was accommodating to add additional masonry work even after the start of project. The communication is the best I've experienced with contractors working over the years. I received a professional same-day quote by email, and each time I made a progress payment, I received a receipt by email.
Francisco informed when the crew would show up (and they showed up on time) and communicated well via text, email, and phone about the purchase and pick up of materials.
